How to live your dreams: top tips from a manifestation and attraction coach
Many of us were never encouraged to pursue our dreams. People told us that our dreams were too unrealistic, and we then believed that someone like us could never have (and doesn’t deserve) the life of our dreams.
I’m here to tell you that that’s not the case. My clients and I work together on pursuing their dreams through manifestation. I’ll explain what manifestation requires below.
To live the life of your dreams, you need to get crystal clear on what that dream life looks like. Ask yourself questions about all areas of your life.
In your work, are you in the same career? Are you working at the same job? Do you have the same responsibilities? Are you going to the office or working from home? How much money are you making? What are you wearing to work? Yes, be that specific—it might feel a little over-the-top, but the more clarity you have, the better.
What about your romantic life? Are you single, or do you have a partner? If you have a partner, what are they like? What do they do in their spare time? What values do they have? I have a course about attracting your soulmate if you’d like more clarity and tips on this.
Where are you living? What kind of home do you live in? Are you renting a studio apartment or living in a refurbished houseboat? Maybe you don’t have a home at all—you’re traveling around the world instead. Vividly picture your dream home environment.
What’s your lifestyle like? Are you a casual jogger or training for a marathon? What sorts of food do you eat? How are you feeling physically? How do you feel in your body?
These are quite a few questions to think about. I encourage you to write out your answers, so you can look back to them if you lose motivation.
You need to be confident to live the life of your dreams.
Many of us unconsciously feel that we don’t deserve the life of our dreams or that we can’t achieve it. By fostering confidence within ourselves, we feel more capable and deserving of our wildest dreams.
It’s not easy to build confidence, but confidence is your superpower!
Attracting what you want
According to the law of attraction, we attract what we put out into the world. If we live in what is referred to as a low vibrational state, we will attract more of that.
If you experience things like guilt, pessimism, bitterness, jealousy, and anger, you are in a low vibrational state. On the other hand, if you experience things like gratitude, love, forgiveness, and generosity, you are in a high vibrational state.
When you are in a high vibrational state, you’ll feel lighter and experience greater personal power, clarity, and love. It elevates you, giving you the confidence and energy to live the life of your dreams.
Steps to manifesting your dreams

Manifesting is a way to transform your life through positive thinking and co-creating your dream life with the universe.
Manifesting might seem mystical, but there are tangible steps to follow.
- Get clarity (start with the questions from step one!). Manifestation only works when you know exactly what you want.
- Ask the universe for what you want. This might feel strange, but ask while meditating, journaling, etc. Asking is a way to channel energy and get clarity.
- Set goals and work toward them. Break down what you want into goals and work toward them every day.
- Trust. Trust yourself and trust the process. Belief in yourself and your dreams is crucial.
- Be open to signs of progress. It’s easier to be negative (low vibration) than positive (high vibration). This may cloud your vision and cause you to miss signs of progress.
- Clear resistance. When we are unconsciously unreceptive to what we asked for, we unconsciously block progress. Our limiting beliefs about ourselves are typically the culprits of resistance.
Manifestation is powerful. Try these steps with just one of your dreams and reap the rewards.
Embodying the life of your dreams
When in doubt, think and act like you already have the life of your dreams.
Embodiment is the ultimate act of manifestation.
If you want to be an active business owner with a soulmate, act like one. What does his or her life look like? They probably exercise a few (or more) times per week. They’re business-savvy, so they know about business and make sound financial decisions. They have a partner, so they likely attracted their soulmate through high vibrational energy and knowing precisely what they wanted.
Then think like that person. Dress like that person. Engage with others like that person. Learn the things that person knows.
When you embody who you want to be, you become receptive to opportunities and attract the people and things that help you live the life of your dreams.
